BSafe is operated and provided by Ali Bin Naser Al Misnad Transport & Trading under the BSafe / BSafe Tech brand.

When contacting support, please provide your BSafe application name, your user role, a brief description of the issue, and the approximate time the issue occurred.
Account and Login Assistance
If you cannot access your account, contact BSafe support or the appropriate school administration. Support may need to verify your identity before making account-related changes. Please do not share your password with support personnel.
Student or School Information
Requests to correct student information, parent/student relationships, transport assignments, routes, staff assignments, or other school-managed records may need to be handled by the authorized school administration. BSafe support cannot make changes to official school records without appropriate authorization.
Technical Issues
If the application is not working correctly, please provide the name of the BSafe application you are using, your device type, the issue you experienced, and any error message visible on the screen.
Screenshots may be provided where appropriate, but please avoid including confidential student information unless specifically requested through an approved support channel.
