BSafe is a school safety, student transportation, attendance, and communication platform used by schools, authorized staff, transport personnel, security personnel, parents, and other approved users.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when using the BSafe platform and its associated applications, including BSafe Admin, BSafe Transport Coordinator, BSafe Staff, BSafe Security, BSafe Bus, and BSafe Parent.

BSafe is operated and provided by Ali Bin Naser Al Misnad Transport & Trading under the BSafe / BSafe Tech brand for authorized schools, organizations, and approved users.

Information We Collect

Account Information

This may include a user's name, email address, phone number, username, role, account identifier, organization, campus, and other information required to identify and authorize the user.

Student Information

The platform may process student-related information necessary for school safety and transportation operations, including student name, student identifier, grade or class information, assigned route, transport information, parent or guardian association, attendance/check-in/check-out information, and other school-related information provided by the organization.

Parent or Guardian Information

For users of the BSafe Parent application, information may include parent or guardian account details, contact information, linked students, transport leave requests, student pickup requests, notifications, and other information necessary to provide the application's services.

Transportation Information

BSafe may process information relating to school transportation, including vehicles, routes, route stops, assigned students, assigned staff, trips, trip status, pickup and drop-off information, emergency trips, stay-back transportation, and related operational records.

Attendance and Safety Information

Authorized users may use BSafe to record or view information relating to student check-in, check-out, card-based identification, manual attendance, security verification, and related safety activities.

Location Information

Certain BSafe functionality may use location information where required for transportation and trip-related features. For example, location data may be used to display vehicle or trip locations and related map information to authorized users. Location information is only used where necessary for the relevant BSafe functionality and subject to device permissions.

Card / NFC Information

Certain BSafe applications may support NFC or identification cards for authorized student transportation and attendance operations. The platform may process card identifiers required to associate an authorized card with the relevant student or user record.

Device Information

BSafe may process limited technical information such as device type, operating system, application version, device identifiers used by application functionality, network-related information, and diagnostic information.

Push Notification Information

Where push notifications are enabled, BSafe may process a device notification token to deliver relevant application notifications.

How We Use Information

Information processed through BSafe may be used to provide and operate the platform, authenticate authorized users, manage student transportation, display routes and trips, maintain attendance and safety records, process transport leave and pickup requests, provide relevant notifications, enable authorized school personnel to perform their assigned responsibilities, provide parents or guardians with information relating to their linked students, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain security and system integrity, and comply with applicable organizational or legal requirements.

BSafe does not use student or school operational information for advertising purposes.

Children's and Student Information

BSafe may process information relating to students, including minors, because the platform is designed for school safety and transportation operations. Student information is provided, managed, or authorized by the relevant school or organization and is made available only to users who have appropriate permissions.

BSafe is not intended to allow children to independently create unrestricted public accounts. Parent or guardian access is limited to information associated with the students linked to the authorized parent or guardian account.

How Information Is Shared

Information processed through BSafe may be accessible to the school or organization operating the platform and to authorized personnel according to their assigned roles and responsibilities. This can include school administrators, transport coordinators, authorized staff, security personnel, bus personnel, and authorized parents or guardians.

Information may also be processed by technical service providers required for operating the platform, such as hosting, database, cloud infrastructure, notification, mapping, email, or communication service providers.

Information is not sold to advertisers and is not shared with unrelated third parties for their independent advertising purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information processed through BSafe. Access to the platform is restricted to authorized users, and different application roles may have different permissions.

No electronic storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their login credentials and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.

Where account deletion is supported, users may request deletion through the available application functionality or through the BSafe account deletion request process. Deletion requests may require identity verification before they are processed.

Deleting an application account does not necessarily require deletion of school records that the school or organization is legally or operationally required to retain.
